New Facebook App Update Not Working Update 2019

Got this myself on my phone, as well as it just rejected to update. Below's what benefited me.

Edit: this appears to be a concern that Facebook are aware of. It's a concern with the Facebook app, and not a generalised Play Shop concern.

This is what worked for me a minimum of.

  1. Settings > Applications > All > Google Play Shop, Clear information and Clear cache

  2. Settings > Apps > All > Google Play Provider > Manage space, Clear all data and also Clear cache


It does not injured if you restart your phone prior to you attempt updating facebook again. And, the set up was SLOW. Just at least 4-5 minutes. However, it did job. If not try to uninstall it, or just await a repair.
